Terms of use

What to expect when you use Parcel to organize your search.

What Parcel provides

Parcel organizes your job search. Your chosen assistant and other services do the searching, preparation, and external application work. Review your work before you use it.

Your account and authorized access

Keep your sign-in methods and recovery information secure. Grant assistant access only when you understand the permissions, and revoke access you no longer want. You are responsible for the content and instructions you provide and for reviewing changes made on your behalf.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you provide. By saving or publishing it, you permit Parcel to store, process, display, and deliver it as needed to provide the service and follow your access and sharing choices. Do not upload content you have no right to use or expose another person’s private information without authority.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, harmful content, unauthorized access, or interference with other accounts. Do not bypass access controls or resource protections. Public Resume hosting is for Resumes, not unrelated file distribution.

Sharing and external services

Publish a Resume only when you want its public content to be available to others. A public link follows your latest saved content. Deactivating it stops Parcel serving it; copies already held elsewhere may remain. External services and assistant providers have their own terms, availability, and data practices.

Availability and your work

The service may be interrupted or changed. Keep copies of documents you need for applications. Uploaded PDFs remain available only while a current Resume uses them; old revision links may stop working after replacement. A selected Applied status does not record what you submitted to an employer. Parcel does not provide a bulk account export.

Ending use

You can stop using the service, revoke assistant access, deactivate public links, or delete your account in Settings. Account deletion removes Parcel-owned content and revokes access, with separate limits for operational records and external providers described in Privacy.

Operator and governing law

Parcel operates this service in British Columbia, Canada. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Contact contact@workinparcel.com with questions or concerns.
